The model is equipped with three Epson i3200-U1 print heads supporting a resolution of up to 3200 dpi and utilizes UV-curing technology based on a CMYK+W+Varnish palette. This configuration allows for printing a dense white base and coating products with a glossy varnish, ensuring exceptional print resistance to sun fading, scrubbing, and solvents for a long shelf life. The printing area is 900x600 mm with a maximum material height of up to 150 mm. Droplet positioning precision and smooth carriage movement under high loads are guaranteed by a silent HIWIN guide rail. The continuous ink supply system (CISS) saves time and reduces costs, while white pigment precipitation is prevented by a 500ml ink tank with a built-in stirring motor.
