The Audley 9060 UV printer with a visual positioning system is a high-precision, intelligent piece of equipment, whose main advantage lies in automatic camera recognition of parts. Thanks to this technology, there is no longer a need to make special molds or templates to rigidly fix workpieces on the bed: you can arrange items in any order, and the smart system will independently determine their position for accurate printing. The model is equipped with three high-performance Epson i3200-U1 printheads, a vacuum suction platform, and a water cooling system for the UV LED curing lamps, allowing it to achieve a maximum resolution of up to 3200 dpi. The printer handles materials up to 900 mm wide and up to 150 mm thick, and due to supporting a droplet drop height of up to 2 mm, it excels with objects that have noticeable height variances and uneven textures. As for applications, the device's scope of use is extremely wide: it can print souvenirs, decor elements, promotional items, and packaging products, utilizing leather, acrylic, wood, metal, glass, ceramics, plastic, foam board, paper, and many other flat or slightly textured surfaces as a base.
