The W1413 UV Printer is a powerful industrial equipment weighing 700 kg, designed for high-precision printing on phone cases, leather, acrylic, glass, metal, PVC, and other rigid or flexible materials. The model is equipped with four high-performance Epson i3200-U1 print heads and operates on an expanded C/M/Y/K+W+V color scheme, supporting various simultaneous printing options, including combinations of color, white base, and varnish in a single pass. A built-in camera with a 1200 dpi resolution provides intelligent scanning via the carriage visual line analysis method, guaranteeing perfect droplet positioning accuracy. The working area, with an impressive printing width of 1400 by 1300 mm and a maximum material height of up to 150 mm, allows for the efficient customization of both small-scale souvenir products and large blanks on a rigid printing platform.
Stable and safe operation of the system is ensured by premium components, including a Japanese THK silent guide rail and a German IGUS drag chain. Ink delivery is implemented using a two-stage siphon method with positive pressure and continuous stirring of the white pigment to prevent precipitation, while separate control of ink pressure and heating by color is supplemented by an independent solenoid valve for sub-tank control. An 8-segment air-cooled UV lamp system with zoned control is responsible for polymerization.
